Who we are
TreasuryEase Hub (this site) is operated by Alina Turungiu. For anything in this policy, reach out at contact@treasuryease.com.
What we collect
Subscribe form. If you subscribe, we store the email address you provide, sent directly to our own server — never to a third-party mailing list provider. We use it only to email you when a new article, tool, or course goes live. No other use, no selling or sharing it.
Free tools. Worksheets and labs (like the Automation Workflow Builder or the AI Use Case Canvas) save what you type in your own browser's local storage, so your progress survives a page refresh. That data stays on your device — it is never sent to us and we cannot see it.
Server and hosting logs. Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) logs standard technical data — IP address, browser type, request timestamps — for security and to keep the site running. We don't use this for tracking or profiling.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which articles and tools are actually useful, but only after you accept the cookie banner — see the Cookie Policy for what that sets and how to decline it. When enabled, IP addresses are anonymized before analysis. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies, without storing anything on your device and without identifying you, so it runs whether or not you accept the banner.
How long we keep it
Subscriber emails are kept until you unsubscribe (every email includes an unsubscribe link). Google Analytics data follows Google's standard retention settings; Cloudflare Web Analytics keeps only aggregated visit counts.
Your rights
If you're in the EU/EEA, UK, or anywhere with similar protections, you can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold on you — email contact@treasuryease.com and we'll act on it. Removing yourself from the subscriber list is also one click, in any email we send.
Who we share data with
Nobody, except the infrastructure that makes the site work: Cloudflare (hosting and cookie-free visit counts) and, only once you've accepted cookies, Google Analytics. We don't sell data and we don't run ad networks. See Google's own privacy policy for how it handles analytics data.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
