By purchasing this digital product, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to the content and expressly waive your right to cancel or request a refund, in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
Exceptions
We may consider a refund only in the following specific cases:
- You are unable to access or download the file due to a technical error
- You received the wrong product
- The file is incomplete or corrupted
In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase at contact@treasuryease.com with proof of the issue. If validated, we will provide a corrected file or, if that is not possible, issue a refund.
No Refunds Will Be Issued For:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Accidental purchases
- Lack of technical ability to use the product
- Dissatisfaction due to unmet personal expectations if the product functions as described
EU Digital Content Policy
In line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once the download or streaming has started with the consumer’s prior consent. By completing the purchase, you explicitly agree to this condition.
